First and foremost, please know we are human....(I know! You can't believe that people actually run this joint right?) and mistakes do happen. We try to make sure your order is sent is correct and sent to the right place but please understand that this product is small, we generally have one of each item and can items damage easily.

If you order something and you are alerted that it is damaged or out of stock, we will try our best to make you happy with a replacement item or a refund prior to shipping. That being said, much of our product is pre-loved and is not in mint condition so a few snags of love may be found here and there and we try to point them all out in the description :) You can also use our handy dandy product filter in each department to see which products are new and which are pre-loved/vintage. Now....on to the shipping info!

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA:

IMPORTANT: I have read the product description and reviewed all photos to ensure I know what item I am getting, it's scale and it's condition. 

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail/UPS:

Shipping is done within the USA via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation tracking. We offer Ground Advantage and Priority Mail from USPS. We also offer Priority Mail Express if needed. We also offer UPS shipping. Orders are insured but if lost, the customer must fill out an insurance form in order to receive funds for damaged or lost packages. The fee for shipping is calculated real time from the post office/UPS with a nominal fee for packaging/insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the USA):

IMPORTANT: By making this purchase I accept that all duties and taxes required by my Country are required to be paid by the customer. Refusal for customer to pay any taxes/duties issued when order is received by the customers Country will not be the responsibility of Tiny Frock Shop LLC and refunds/returns for said order will not be honored. I have read the product description and reviewed all photos to ensure I know what item I am getting, it's scale and it's condition. 

First Class International (Packages weighing under 4 pounds):
Shipping is done worldwide via USPS. Most customers choose to ship via First Class International, as it is less expensive. PLEASE NOTE, if you choose that method tracking the package with the number provided is very limited and  tracking essentially ends when the package leaves the USA.

With this method, there is nothing we can do if your package is stalled or seems to not be moving for a long time. Note that while your package is in transit to your country, these tracking numbers do not update and the entry shown on the USPS site reflects the last scan that was taken before the packages are sent abroad. These codes will not update again until they have reached your country.

IMPORTANT: If you select the "First Class International" shipping option, packages normally should be received within 10-14 days after shipped....but is not guaranteed and can take as long as 1-2 months. Please make sure that you are aware of this BEFORE selecting this shipping method.

Priority Mail International (Faster and fully tracked shipping method):

Priority Mail is a safer choice for international destinations but is much more expensive. It includes full tracking from the US to your address and packages are generally received between 6-10 business days after shipped. This time frame of delivery is NOT guaranteed.

Priority Mail Express International (Faster and fully tracked shipping method):

Priority Mail Express is the fastest choice for international destinations but is even more expensive. It includes full tracking from the US to your address and packages are generally received between 3-5 business days after shipped. This time frame of delivery is NOT guaranteed.

We also offer UPS shipping for some locations. Please visit UPS for details on their services.

ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE FULLY INSURED FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE.

Declaration of the package will reflect it's contents and selling price in order for it to be insured fully. All customs duties and fees for the packages entry into your country must be paid by you.

We ship almost EVERYWHERE in the world. 

Paypal does not allow orders from the US being to be shipped to a country different than what is listed in your account. If you would like to order and have shipped outside the US, you must use a Paypal account that is located in that country.
