Refunds/Returns:
We are a small boutique shop and prices are low so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging will be required to be emailed to us prior to receiving a refund as we need this evidence to provide for insurance reimbursement. Also you will have to fill out a form from a verified link you will be sent. Once this is done, you will be provided a full refund when insurance clears back to your original payment method if insurance deems it was damaged during shipping. Same process for lost packages.
In some cases, we can issue a refund without insurance verification. This is on a case by case basis. If you are unable to provide a photo of the damage, we will decide if we can issue a store credit. This is also on a case by case basis.
If we have allowed a return due to our error or damage, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Contact us at pamela@tinyfrockshop.com with any issues you may have and we will try and work with you. Damaged items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted for refund.

If there are items in your order that are out of stock, we will either contact you to replace the item with something similar or refund your original payment method and send your order on it's way :)
