We are a small boutique shop and prices are low so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at email@example.com with any issues you may have and we will try and work with you. Damaged items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted for refund.

Refunds If we have allowed a return due to our error or damage, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If there are items in your order that are out of stock, we will either contact you to replace the item with something similar or refund your original payment method and send your order on it's way :)
